Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 13, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how 6uo Games ("6uo," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with 6uo Wallet, our non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application and this website (wallet.6uo.foundation) (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using 6uo Wallet, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Overview: A Non-Custodial Wallet
6uo Wallet is a self-custody (non-custodial) wallet. Your private keys and seed phrase are generated and stored only on your own device, encrypted using your device's secure storage (e.g. Android Keystore). 6uo Games never has access to, and cannot recover, your private keys, seed phrase, or funds. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Public blockchain data: wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token balances, and other data that is inherently public on the blockchains our wallet supports.
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, crash logs, and anonymized usage/analytics events (e.g. feature taps, screen views) used to improve stability and product quality.
- Support communications: if you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide (e.g. email address, description of your issue).
- Website analytics: on wallet.6uo.foundation, we may use cookies or similar technologies and aggregate analytics (e.g. page views, referrers) to understand site traffic.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We never collect, transmit, or store:
- Private keys, seed phrases, or mnemonic backups
- Wallet passwords or PINs (stored only as device-local, hashed/secured values)
- Biometric data (processed entirely on-device by the OS, never sent to us)
4. How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve 6uo Wallet and this website
- Diagnose technical issues, fix bugs, and prevent fraud or abuse
- Respond to support requests
- Communicate service updates, security notices, or policy changes
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable
5. Third-Party Services
To function, 6uo Wallet communicates with third-party infrastructure, including blockchain node/RPC providers, price and market-data APIs, and optionally analytics or crash-reporting providers. These providers may receive your wallet address, IP address, or device identifiers as needed to deliver their service. We select providers that maintain reasonable security practices, but their own privacy policies govern how they handle data.
6. Cookies
wallet.6uo.foundation may use essential and analytics cookies to operate correctly and understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including on-device encryption for sensitive material and secure transport (TLS) for network requests. However, because 6uo Wallet is non-custodial, the ultimate security of your funds depends on the security of your device and the confidentiality of your recovery phrase. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, analytics, crash reporting), or when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 6uo Games, our users, or others.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most wallet data lives only on your device, you can exercise many of these rights directly by managing or deleting the app. For other requests, contact us using the details below.
10. Children's Privacy
6uo Wallet is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above, and, where appropriate, through an in-app or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
13. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at privacy@6uo.foundation.
